All bets placed on 88efgame are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing bet selections, odds and stake amounts before confirmation. 88efgame does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under any circumstances, except where a market is voided under the rules set out in Section 4.3.
88efgame reserves the right to adjust odds on any market at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are fixed and will not change, regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a brief delay period during which odds may fluctuate.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or disconnection that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 88efgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes. Winnings paid as a result of a malfunction are not valid and may be reversed from the player's balance.
All bonuses and promotional offers at 88efgame are subject to these general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Claiming any bonus constitutes acceptance of both the general and specific terms.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement requires Rs 5,000 in total qualifying bets to be placed before any portion of the bonus converts to real, withdrawable cash. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus remain withdrawable at any time.
88efgame actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets to lock in a profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), structured wagering designed to avoid genuine risk while meeting wagering requirements, and collusion between players to share or transfer bonus value. Where abuse is identified, the bonus is cancelled, associated winnings forfeited and the account may be suspended.
Promotions at 88efgame are subject to change, withdrawal or modification at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has a stated end date, it will not be extended unless explicitly announced. Players who have already opted into a promotion before its modification retain the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, subject to applicable law.
